Medication Assisted Weight Loss Program

At Cape Cod HotShots, we are dedicated to help you reach your goals. Sometimes, that means using medication to get you started. We charge a $150 monthly consultation fee, which covers much more than just writing a prescription. With this membership, you’ll receive a prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide (depending on what’s best for you), along with ongoing support whenever you need it.

Your membership also includes nutritional guidance, exercise advice, and monthly reevaluations to track your progress and make adjustments as needed. The medications are shipped directly to your home for convenience. You can choose to administer the injections yourself in the comfort of your home or in office.
